No Consent - A response to the UK GDPR law that affords the public a right to privacy in a public space by withdrawing their consent to having their image published or used as part of an artwork. There are exemptions for news gathering and artists, though the artist has taken the position of censoring these images. This developed into removing anything that is identifiable, including people, leaving only the hand painted red censor strips and the caption as an indication of what occurred in the photograph, therefore keeping control of the artwork's production.
